Following a string of successful releases since the launch of her solo project in 2022, Brisbane singer-songwriter Jess Irvine is back with a fresh sound on her forthcoming single, Just Drive. The sun-drenched country-folk track was recorded and produced by Brisbane’s Jon Marsden (Folkstone Avenue, Hello Jane), with mixing finesse and co-production from Nashville’s Ben Kling (River Westin, Kathryn Hallberg). Final touches were placed by Mike Dwyer (The Lumineers, Jade Bird) who mastered the track with his signature Americana flair. The result is a hazy blend of country and folk, as Jess takes us on a journey down the coast. With a melody as warm as a golden-hour sunset and bright guitars drifting gently through the breeze, listeners will lose themselves in the rich world of Jess Irvine’s artistry.

She also sold out her headline single launch in Brisbane, performing to a captive audience of loyal fans. Following on from this, her sophomore single, Wild Wild Me, was in the Top 10 of the AMRAP metro radio charts for four weeks running. Her third single, Electricity was met with widespread praise, receiving a premiere from the AU Review and a slew of positive reviews.
